JOB TITLE: REGIONAL TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: Sales and Distribution
LOCATION: Plateau

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•Develop strategic marketing plan for the region to achieve corporate objectives for MTNN products, promotions and services.

•Research and provide feedback reports on competitor activity, network quality, peculiar market situations and any issues affecting the marketing of MTNN products in the region.

•Participate in organisation of dealer forums

•Drive brand affinity and localizing of the MTN brand at the Regional levels.

•Co-ordinate the presence and relationship of MTNN with stakeholders and policy makers at the Regional levels

•Plan and oversee execution of promotional and visibility activities within the region.

•Review analysis of regional marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development within the region.

•Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on regional marketing programs.

•Assist in establishing and maintaining consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.

•Develop & execute regional marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability & market share.

•Identify, create and execute Communal & Goodwill events and sponsorship initiatives in the regions.

•Build and maintain relationships with customer groups.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

•Bachelors degree in a business related discipline

•Masters in Business Administration.•8 years marketing management experience within the telecommunications, FMCG’s or ‘new age’ service industry.

JOB TITLE: MANAGER, CORPORATE SEGMENT
DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•Develop strategic marketing plan for the market segment and define clear targets

•Collate and understand competitive activity and develop proactive strategies against competitive activity

•Commission and interpret research as it concerns the market segment.

•Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share and churn.

•Develop and execute segment specific promotions to achieve specific market objectives

•Customise offerings and differentiate offerings in the market

•Determine communication strategy for the market and increase penetration using conventional and non conventional media

•Execute programmes through the regions, working with the Sales Department

•Develop and execute advertising, direct marketing, sponsorships, events, public relations and other tools to gain further penetration into the market


REQUIRED SKILLS:

•First degree or equivalent in any social science discipline

•8 years marketing experience which includes:

•3 years experience in a management or supervisory role.

•In depth knowledge of all the parts of the marketing mix
