1.) Operation Manager

2.) Sales Co-Ordinator
Responsibilities
Co-ordination and control of sales functions
Compilation and collation of sales data
Building and enhancing customer data base
Facilitating smooth running of the sales team Co-ordination with sales relevant departments
Customer service.
3.) Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Sales forecasting and achievement
Channel/Team Management
Training and development of sales team
Strategise and implement sales development
4.) Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Strategizing and implementation of marketing plan
Introduce marketing activities and evaluating result
Coordinating marketing activities (ATL/BTL)
5.) Sales Officer
Responsibilities
Prospect, establish and maintain new and old clients
Conversant with passenger and/or commercial vehicle sales
Achieve sales target in designated territories
Must be go-getter able to open and close sales.
6.) Manager Institutional and Government Sales
Responsibilities
Build & manage key accounts viz. Corporate, Government etc
Full knowledge of procurement procedures and processes
Must be go-getter – able to open and close sales
5 years industry experience required
7.) Branch Accountant - (Port Harcourt)
Responsibilities
- Issues cheques and official receipts
- Input sales and purchases invoices
- Cross checking billings and purchases
- Prepare monthly account reconciliation
- Minimum of (3) years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls with tact and routing such calls to the appropriates officers.
- Receives clients, visitors, and the general public with courtesy and directs them as appropriate
- Ensures an effective call back to follow up with clients enquiries
- Maintains and updates clients’ contact details
- Coordinates travel and hotel reservations for the Management team
- Scans documents, handles correspondences and reports/presentations for the Management team
- Arranges meetings (including venues), presentations, refreshments, etc in the normal course of business of the Company
- Ensures that the Office Assistant caries out her routine functions
- Ensures proper document management
- Ensures that the reception area is tidy at all times
- Assists in administrative matters for the smooth running of the Company, as may be directed from time to time
- Young and energetic (not more than 35 years of age)
- A good degree/diploma in Engineering, management science Accounting and Social Sciences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident outgoing, sociable character
- Experience in sales of automobiles would be a definite advantage
- Valid driving licence
- Fully conversant with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines
- Must be computer literate and conversant with Tally accounting package for applicant 7 alone
- Must be willing to work long hours with minimum supervision for applicant 7 alone
- 3 - 5 years industry experience required
