Personal Assistance/Admin Officer Wanted

A consulting firm in Lagos seeks to employ a suitably qualified individual to fill this role.

  • Manage the diary of the managing director, schedule meetings and manage all necessary correspondence
  • Conduct necessary research and analysis and present findings
  • Manage mini projects and present periodic reports on the projects
  • Liaison with staff, contractors, suppliers and others  and ensuring the organisation’s mandate is achieved
Qualifications and requirements:
  • HND/B.Sc in a related course
  • Added qualifiaction will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills
